Sleep Apnea

The problem

Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder where during sleep there is a pause in breathing lasting from a few seconds to minutes or 5 to 30 times per hour.

The person who suffers from apnea is seldom aware of his illness. The illness is often recognised as a problem by his or her partner and by other side effects he himself discovers during the years, such as daytime sleepiness, fatigue, loss of concentration and general sleep disturbances. There are three forms of sleep apnea: 1 Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), 2.Central sleep apnea (CSA), 3. A mixture of the two.

Obstructive sleep apnea.

All muscle tone relaxes during sleep, including those in the nose. This makes the nose to close slightly. Especially when sleeping on one’s side. A negative airpressure in the nose and throat occur. The walls of soft tissue collapse and start to obstruct normal breathing through the nose. Then most people turn on their back to get more air beathing through the mouth but in this position the uvula and the tongue fall backwards and further block the airflow at the back of the throat. All this makes the airflow accelerate causing the soft tissue to vibrate, making a sound called: “snoring”.

The sign that is most suggestive of sleep apneas occurs when snoring stops during seconds. This can have most serious consequences. When not enough air reaches the lungs it can result in:cardio vascular disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep deprived driving accidents, etc.

Central Sleep apnea.

With central sleep apnea the respiratory controls in the brain are out of balance. The breathing stops completely and then starts again with more heavy breathing to compensate. When OSA is serious and longstanding periods of CSA can develop.

Most important is the fact that the whole complex of problems is often caused by too small a nose entrance and a lack of air. When the airways of the nose could be kept open all this and the resulting snoring could be avoided.

The effective, simple solution

"No Snoring More Air"

Fortunately a simple and effective anti snore anti apnea solution has been developped by a group of German ENT specialists. They agreed that in 80% of all cases of snoring and with most apnea cases, it was too small a nose entrance that started the problems. They start with snoring and develop into apnea in a later stage.

So the solution was to develop an anti snore anti apnea product to keep the nose entrance open and allow more air (similar to the costly PPC treatments in sleep clinics). That solution was called the« No Snoring More Air » tube now available in many big European countries.

"No Snoring More Air" keeps the nose open and allows more air. It is made of medical silicones, accordingly to the strict European and American medical laws.

"No Snoring More Air" is practically invisible and imperceptible. Stays in place and does not irritate the skin. Before deciding on a costly sleep clinic treatment why not trie this unique anti snore anti apnea solution. When this product does not work we advise you to consult an ENT Specialist .
